Andrea Anders

Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was raised and born at Madison, Wisconsin but now lives in Los Angeles, is originally from DeForest. In 1993 she was a graduate of DeForest Area High school in DeForest Wisconsin. She received her bachelor of fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. Rutgers University awarded her a Master's in Fine Arts degree in 2001. Between 2006 and the year 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met on set of the sitcom that ended in a rerun, began dating. Sean Anders directed her in the films "Sex Drive" and "Never Been Thawed". Anders began her career in theatre in 2001. She appeared in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of the film's Elaine Robinson. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage. New Doors was staged in the Guthrie Theater. Cold/Tender as along with New World Rhapsody are two New York Stage & Film productions. Anders was first seen in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig, which closed it's doors on July 1 in 2007, had Anders play Jeannie a accountant. One of Anders' first appearances on TV was the commercials for Dannon that ran during the 90s, and again around 2006. Anders is most well-known for her work on Joey (as attorney Alex Garrett) and The Class in the role of Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) as the wife of a former football player. Both series were cancelled, despite her appearance on every episode. Anders' guest appearances include One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light and Tru Calling. In 2003 she appeared as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. Also, she made minor appearances in The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders was also on Numb3rs, which aired in the year 2008. Anders is also featured in two unsuccessful television pilots. Spellbound & News To Me. Most recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera workplace comedy composed by Victor Fresco for ABC.
